Wastewater Training Tour
Must Register for the tour to participate.
Since nutrient reduction has been the focus of wastewater systems throughout the country, Gulf Shores decided to be proactive in its strategy
to meet lower NPDES limits now and in the future. Any upgrade or rehabilitation was to be a "Process Focused Design" in order to meet the
requirements. The latest rehabilitation has incorporated process changes that have produced exactly what they had expected along with permit
compliance. Not only will we hear about the changes but will have a chance to tour the facility.
