James Hagood, ARWA Board of Director
For the past 19 years James Hagood has been employed by the Rogersville Water & Wastewater Sewer Board. For the last 12 years he has held the position as Manager. James served on the City Council for 9 years and as Mayor of the Town for 13 years. He has also been a member of the water utilities board for 7 years for Rogersville.
James is currently serving as a Board Member of the Alabama Rural Water Association Board of Directors. He also serves on the ARWA By-Law Review Committee.
District 1 represents 47 Public Water Utilities.
