Isaac Howard, III currently works with the Town of Margaret Water Works/Public Works
Isaac Howard has been employed by the Town of Margaret Water Works/Public Works for the last 11 years. He holds the position as Manager. He has 26 years in the water and wastewater industry. He has a Grade I Certification in Water and Wastewater with the Alabama Department of Environmental Management. Also, he is certified in Cross Connection Control, a certified Fire Fighter and First Responder. Isaac is also certified Hazmat/ A& O.
Isaac is currently serving as a Board Member of the Alabama Rural Water Association Board of Directors and is also a member of the Society of Water Professionals.
