Frank Riddle currently works with the Wolf Creek Water, Sewer & FPA. He is retired and volunteers his assistance.
Frank is currently serving as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Alabama
Rural Water Association Board of Directors, a position he has held since
March of 1998. He is a member of the Executive Committee and the Salary
Review Committee.
District 3 represents 72 Public Water Utilities.
