Luke Rice, ARWA Board of Directors
For the past 23 years Luke Rice has been employed by the Citizens’ Water Service, Inc. in Vance, AL which is located in Tuscaloosa County. For the last 14 years he has held the position as General Manager and Operator of Record and holds a Grade II Water Certification. Luke served on the Citizens’ Water Service Board for 9 years.
Luke is currently serving as a Board Member of the Alabama Rural Water Association Board of Directors. He is also a Board of Governor for the Society of Water Professionals.
District 4 represents 39 Public Water Utilities.
