For over 23 years Doug Bice has been Manager of the Chilton Water Authority. He holds a Grade IV Alabama Water Operator Certificate. He is also a member of the Society of Water Professionals.
Doug is currently serving as a Board Member of the Alabama Rural Water
Association Board of Directors.
District 6 represents 42 Public Water Utilities.
