ADEM - PUBLIC HEARING - ADEM is holding a public hearing on October 14, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. in the Main Hearing Room at the ADEM office located 1400 Coliseum Blvd in Montgomery for the purpose of amending rule 334-6-10-.09 to change the bacterial indicator organisms and associated criteria for non-coastal waters from fecal coliform to Escherichia coli (E coli).
