Exhibit registration includes: one 6’ X 30” table, clothed and skirted with 2 chairs, wastebasket and access to all meal functions and technical sessions.
Deadline for registration will be May 8, 2009.
- We have limited space for 60 exhibit booths.
- Each space will be 8’ X 10’ in size.
- Exhibit Spaces 1 - 60 cost $300.00 for ARWA or FRWA Associate Members or $450.00 each for non-members.
- NEW this year! Exhibit Tabletop Spaces (61 - 66) are available at the Lobby Level adjacent to the Registration Desk and Salons A-H (not shown in layout). These six (6) Exhibit Tabletop Spaces will be offered at a special rate of $400.00 for ARWA or FRWA Associate Members or $500.00 each for non-members.
