Who can Vote?  

Membership voting as approved in the ARWA By-Laws is listed as follows:

To Vote:

1. Utility Membership for Voting Members must be current for the utility delegate to be eligible to vote during the caucus. An expired utility membership must be renewed prior to the Caucus Election to remain eligible to participate.

2. A designated Voting Delegate should be named by a current ARWA Member Utility on the Conference Registration Form and submitted to ARWA.

3. The designated Voting Delegate must have a delegate ribbon from the ARWA Conference Registration Desk to attend the District Caucus for his/her District. The District Caucus will be held at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 16th. No proxy votes are allowed by the ARWA By-Laws.

Please make plans to attend the Caucus and cast your vote for a pre-qualified candidate who will best represent your interest as a member of the ARWA Board.
