Teams will be determined by golf course staff, except for those Golf Tournament "Team Choice" Sponsors who may build their own team. No special requests will be granted by ARWA staff.
- Format: Four Man Scramble
- Mulligan/Power Drive: 2 Mulligans + 1 Power Drive @ $20.00 per player
- Prizes: Awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams, longest drive and closest to the pin.
Price:
$50 per utility player
$75 per exhibitor player
includes 18 holes with cart, box lunch and prizes.
To Participate:
Complete the Conference Registration Form and return with payment to
ARWA.
Putting Competition - 50% Pay Back
Description: Two Round Event
- First putt will be qualifying putt for
the championship putt.

Second putt will be the championship putt.
Any
golfer who makes both putts will be a winner. If more than one golfer
wins, they will split 50% of the total cash pot.
$10.00 for five putts - Purchase on-site
String Game
Description: A team that chooses to play the string game will blindly choose
a string out of a box. This string will vary from 6”-24” in length. As the
team plays they can pick up any putt within the length of their string
without counting a stroke (Only once).
$10.00 per string with a limit of one string per team.
Purchase on-site.

Your support of the ARWA 13th Annual Golf Tournament benefits the John A. Garrett Scholarship Fund. It enables the ARWA to offer scholarship award opportunities for educational enhancement to the water and wastewater utility personnel in Alabama.

Driving Directions and Map
Cottonwood Golf Club is located on the East side of Montgomery (map below).
From Birmingham on I-65 South take Exit 171. Travel I-85 North towards Atlanta to Exit 9 (Taylor Road); Right on Taylor Road and head East on Taylor Road until it dead ends into to Hwy 231 (Troy Highway). Turn Left on Hwy 231 South (Troy Highway) and travel about 3 miles. (At the “Executive MBA” Billboard) Turn Right onto Trotman Road; travel about ½ mile on Trotman Road and turn Left at the Cottonwood Golf Club sign. Follow the signs to the Club House.
From Auburn on I-85 South take Exit 9 (Taylor Road); Left on Taylor Road and head East on Taylor Road until it dead ends into to Hwy 231 (Troy Highway). Turn Left on Hwy 231 South (Troy Highway) and travel about 3 miles. (At the “Executive MBA” Billboard) Turn Right onto Trotman Road; travel about ½ mile on Trotman Road and turn Left at the Cottonwood Golf Club sign. Follow the signs to the Club House.
From Dothan travel Hwy 231 North (Troy Highway) turn Left on Trotman Road (At the “Executive MBA” Billboard). Travel about ½ mile on Trotman Road and turn Left at the Cottonwood Golf Club sign. Follow the signs to the Club House.
From Mobile on I-65 North merge onto US-80 E/US-82 E/W South Blvd Exit 168. Turn Right on the South Blvd; follow to Hwy 231 South (Troy Highway). Turn Right on Hwy 231 South (Troy Highway) and travel approximately 6 miles and turn Right on Trotman Road. (At the “Executive MBA” Billboard), travel about ½ mile on Trotman Road and turn Left at the Cottonwood Golf Club sign. Follow the signs to the Club House.
