Consumer Confidence Report (CCR)

CCR Preparation Assistance
Let us help with your CCR!

A Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) is due to your customers by July 1st of each year. To assist you in meeting the requirements of the CCR, the ARWA will offer assistance in the preparation of your report.  If you need help from the ARWA, please submit the Request For Assistance Form.

The ARWA will provide one hard copy and electronic version of the completed CCR. The utility will be responsible for printing, mailing, properly posting, and or distributing the Consumer Confidence Report. The water utility will also be solely responsible for verifying all information in the report to insure requirements of the ADEM Division 7 Regulations governing the CCR are met. Filing deadlines are also the responsibility of the water utility.

An information package will be mailed to the utility only after the Request for Assistance Form has been received by the ARWA.

The ARWA must receive the Request for Assistance Form by June 1st in order to schedule assistance for your utility's CCR. The information package must then be completed in its entirety by the responsible party with the utility and then mailed or hand delivered to the ARWA.
